The room was immaculate and came with a fridge and microwave which really made it easier for us to enjoy snacks we brought with us plus the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed

During our stay, the indoor pool area was a hit with our children, who loved splashing around while I enjoyed the hot tub. The staff made breakfast seamless and friendly, keeping the area well stocked for everyone.

I really enjoyed my four-night stay with the comfortable queen beds and clean rooms. The pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was well-stocked and tasty!

I recently stayed at Best Western El-Quartelejo Inn & Suites and found the room to be immaculate and spacious. The friendly staff were incredibly helpful, and I appreciated the little touches, like my toiletries organized on the counter. Michelle's outstanding hospitality made our late arrival stress-free. Despite a noisy neighbor, the comfortable king room offered a peaceful retreat. The breakfast staff kept everything perfectly stocked and were so friendly. Pro tip, bring earplugs for a better night's sleep!

Check-in hovered around 2:30 PM, but I was told I’d have to wait until 3:00 PM because housekeeping had yet to finish. Housekeeping operates every three nights here, so be prepared for limited fresh linens. Also, it would help to have clearer instructions on the shower operation. figuring it out on the fly is not exactly convenient. Noise from neighboring rooms disrupted my sleep more than once, not to mention a broken hot tub during my stay. So, if you're looking for peace and quiet or a hot soak post-hike, you might be disappointed.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored the local parks and checked out some nearby diners. The hot tub is a nice touch, and the free breakfast was a great start to our mornings. Perfect for hanging out after a long day. Just a heads up, the breakfast ends at 9 AM on weekdays, so plan accordingly.
